Ajelogbon Takes on “CEO” Role at De-Moon Media Links After Serving at Diamond 88.7FM for 3 Years

Esteemed News Editor, Reporter, and On Air Personality, Mukhtar Abiodun Ajelogbon De-Moon, has officially resigned from his position at Diamond 87.7 FM Ilorin after serving as a pioneer staff for 34 months (2 years and 10 months).

In a Facebook post over the weekend bidding farewell to the organization, Ajelogbon expressed his mixed emotions about leaving and shared his reasons for resigning. He stated that after three years of dedicated service, he made the personal decision to seek new opportunities and personal growth in his career.

Ajelogbon expressed pride in being part of the pioneer team at Diamond 87.7 FM Ilorin, emphasizing their consistent delivery of reliable and high-quality news content and commentary to their valued listeners. He acknowledged the privilege of working alongside talented colleagues who shared the same passion and commitment to providing accurate and timely news updates.

The esteemed journalist also expressed his gratitude to Diamond 87.7 FM for providing him with an incredible platform to contribute to the broadcasting industry. He thanked the management team, the entire staff, and the Chairman of Bright Broadcasting Ltd for their trust and support, which made his journey at the radio station immensely rewarding.

Furthermore, Ajelogbon extended his heartfelt appreciation to the listeners and the wider community for their unwavering support throughout his tenure. He acknowledged their engagement as a source of inspiration and expressed his pleasure in serving them through his news editing, commentary, adequate correspondence from the Kwara State House of Assembly, and award-winning on-air presence as the Best Political Presenter of the year 2022 in Kwara State.

Having gained experience across the three major areas of journalism, Ajelogbon disclosed that he would be resuming his previous position as the Chief Executive Officer and Editor-In-Chief at De-Moon Media Links, the publisher of the OsunRepoers News Print and Online, based in Osogbo, the capital city of Osun State.
